MONINGA SCHEDULER · YOUR EMAIL SCHEDULING ASSISTANT
“Tuesday?” “Thursday instead.” “What time?”
You have better things to do than find a time.
Cc Moninga. It checks your Google calendar, coordinates availability and sends the invitation.
Google Calendar No account needed for your guests
Hello everyone,
Shall we set aside 30 minutes to move the project forward? I’m copying Moninga to find a time.

IT ALWAYS STARTS WITH A QUICK EMAIL.
You open your calendar, find three options and write an email.
One time no longer works. A guest hasn’t replied. You start again.
The meeting lasts 30 minutes. Arranging it has already interrupted your work several times.
The meeting deserves your attention.
You can leave the organising to someone else.
THE SAME MEETING. A DIFFERENT DAY.
Switch between the conversations. You’ll see the difference.
Send your request as usual, with the participants and Moninga in cc.
Hi Léa, hi Thomas, shall we catch up this week? Moninga, could you find us a 30-minute slot?
ONE LESS HABIT TO CHANGE.
An email, a reply to all. The conversation stays right where it started.
Working hours, meeting length, time zone: you choose your preferences.
You choose the calendars it can access and can pause the assistant from your account.
