The service

Moninga helps organise meetings by email: finding availability, coordinating participants and handling invitations. Users set their preferences and authorise the necessary integrations. A demonstration sends no real invitation; the live mode can send emails and act on the calendar.

Your account and your instructions

Use an account that belongs to you and accurate contact details. Only share information that is useful for the meeting and that you are entitled to have processed. Being in To or Cc is not enough to make someone a participant: explicitly name the people to invite in the message.

You can pause the assistant, disconnect the services and take back control. Actions already handed to a provider may continue to take effect. Using the service to send spam, impersonate someone, get around quotas or access other people’s data is forbidden.

Operating limits

The service depends on the availability of its providers and may ask for clarification or human intervention. Check requests reported as blocked or uncertain before repeating an action. These terms do not remove any mandatory right you are entitled to.

Subscriptions

Plans, prices, quotas and billing periods are shown before payment. Payments go through Stripe. Paid overage requires explicit activation. The billing portal lets you view and manage your subscription when it is available.

Paid subscriptions are not open yet: access is free during the testing phase. The terms of sale (right of withdrawal, cancellation, mediation and competent jurisdiction) will be published before they open.

Data and changes

The privacy policy describes the data processed and your rights. Substantial changes to these terms will be brought to users’ attention before they apply.
